A Mercado Pago payment link from the invoice, and a QR code at the counter. When Mercado Pago confirms the payment, the invoice is marked as paid on its own.

Questions
What people ask before the demo
Do I need my own AFIP certificate?
Yes. Zetta invoices straight to AFIP with your company's certificate, with no middleman. We walk you through generating and registering it; after that it stays encrypted inside the system.
Can I migrate from the system I use today?
Yes. Customers, products, price lists, balances and open accounts are brought over. From Odoo we have done it before and it is tested; from other systems you import from a spreadsheet.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. You ask for the export and we hand it over in open formats: a spreadsheet per module and a full copy of your database.
Is there an online store?
Yes, it is one of the modules. You publish the part of the catalogue you want, the store reserves stock, charges through Mercado Pago and the order lands in the system. A customer portal comes with it.
Does it work for monotributo and for responsable inscripto?
Yes. C invoices for monotributo, A and B for responsable inscripto, and the tax position is set per customer so the right document comes out without thinking about it.
How do I sign up?
It starts with a demo on your operation. After that we put together a proposal based on the modules you switch on and the number of users. There is no self-service sign-up.
Can I control what each person sees?
Yes. Permissions are per module and per screen. If you hide a screen from someone, they cannot reach that data any other way either.
Can I switch on more modules later?
Yes. All 33 modules can be switched on and off per company whenever you need. Switching one off leaves its data where it was.
