Every cookie we write, what it is for and how long it lasts. Measurement cookies are only activated if you accept them.

01What they are and how we use them

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to remember something between one page and the next: that you are already signed in, for example. Local storage (localStorage) does something similar, but the data is never sent to the server.

Zetta uses them for three different things, and only those three:

  • Making the session work. Without session cookies you cannot sign in or operate. They are strictly necessary and require no consent.
  • Remembering your decision about measurement. A single preference stored in your browser.
  • Measuring which pages of the site are read. With cookies only if you accept them.

We use no advertising, profiling or social media cookies, and we neither sell nor share browsing data with advertisers.

02Corporate website (zetta.ar)

The site works fully without cookies. The only thing that is always stored is your answer to the cookie notice, and it is stored in your own browser.

NameWhat it is forTypeDuration
cookie-consentStores whether you accepted or rejected cookie-based measurement, so we do not ask you againPreference in localStorage; not a cookie and never sent to the serverUntil you delete it
Vercel AnalyticsCounts page visits in aggregate. Writes no cookies and creates no persistent identifier of the personCookieless measurementNot applicable
_gaDistinguishes browsers for Google Analytics 4. Only written if you accept measurementMeasurement, requires consent13 months
_ga_<id>Keeps the Google Analytics 4 session state. Only written if you accept measurementMeasurement, requires consent13 months
Consent starts out denied. Google Analytics loads in restricted mode and writes no cookies and sends no visits until you accept it. If you reject, cookie-based measurement is not activated and the site works just the same.

03Application (app.zetta.ar)

These cookies are strictly necessary: they sustain the authenticated session and the protection against request forgery. They require no consent and cannot be disabled without leaving the system unusable. None of them is used for measurement or advertising.

NameWhat it is forTypeDuration
zetta_accessSustains the working session. It is the one that authorises each request to the APIhttpOnly, not accessible from scripts5 minutes
zetta_refreshRenews the session without asking for the password again. Rotates on every use, so an old copy stops workinghttpOnly, not accessible from scripts7 days
zetta_csrfToken the application sends back on every write operation to prove the request came from the screen itselfReadable by the application, by designFor the duration of the session
zetta_2fa_pendingSustains the intermediate step between the password and the second-factor code. It cannot be used to operatehttpOnly, single useMinutes, until sign-in is completed or abandoned

04Online store and customer portal

When a customer company publishes its store with Zetta, the portal where its buyers see their account and their orders uses cookies of its own, separate from those of the ERP: a store session never grants access to the management system.

NameWhat it is forTypeDuration
zetta_cliente_*The buyer's session in the company's customer portal: access, renewal and protection against request forgeryhttpOnly, except for the protection tokenFor the duration of the buyer's session

They are strictly necessary for the portal to work. Each company is responsible for the content of its store and the information it publishes there.

05Changing your preference

Your answer to the cookie notice is stored in this browser under the key cookie-consent. You can change it whenever you want: the button deletes that preference and shows you the notice again when the page reloads.

Decide again about measurement

The preference stored in this browser is deleted and the page reloads.

If you would rather do it by hand, delete the cookie-consent key from the site's local storage using your browser's developer tools, or clear the site data.

07Changes to this policy

If we add, remove or change the purpose of any cookie, we update the tables in this document and the date in the header. When the change affects cookies that require consent, we ask you again.

The processing of personal data associated with these tools is explained in the privacy policy.
