Zetta

Scenarios

Usage scenarios

Four profiles of Argentine company, the problem each one usually has, and the part of Zetta that solves it.

These are illustrative scenarios, not customers. No names, no quotes and no measured results: when we have auditable numbers from a customer and their permission to publish them, we will show them for what they are.

Wholesale distributor

Wholesale · 10 to 30 people

Illustrative scenario

The situation

Sales are written down in a spreadsheet and invoices are issued by hand on the AFIP portal. With dozens of orders a day, system stock and warehouse stock stopped matching, and incomplete deliveries started showing up.

Modules involved

SalesWarehouseFinance

What changes with Zetta

  • The A or B invoice comes out of the same system where the order was entered, with CAE and QR code.
  • The delivery note draws down stock when the goods leave, not when somebody remembers.
  • The customer account shows balance and documents without opening a spreadsheet.
  • A Mercado Pago QR payment is linked to its invoice.

Manufacturer selling direct

Manufacturing · 20 to 60 people

Illustrative scenario

The situation

Production, invoicing and customer accounts live in three different places. Nobody can say on the spot whether goods are available, and supplier purchases are entered twice.

Modules involved

ProductionPurchasingWarehouseAccounting

What changes with Zetta

  • Production orders consume materials and book the finished goods into the same stock sales works from.
  • A supplier purchase hits the warehouse and the payables in a single step.
  • Accounting entries come from documents already issued, with no re-keying.
  • Every movement is recorded with who did it and when.

Recurring services business

Services · 5 to 20 people

Illustrative scenario

The situation

It invoices the same customer base every month. Chasing payment is manual, invoices go out by email one by one, and the accountant asks for the data in a different format each month.

Modules involved

SalesFinanceAccounting

What changes with Zetta

  • The month's documents are prepared together and issued once somebody reviews and confirms them.
  • The customer receives the Mercado Pago payment link along with the PDF.
  • The accountant logs in with a read-only user and exports the digital VAT ledger.
  • Receipts and bank reconciliation complete the cycle with no spreadsheets in between.

Retailer with an online shop

Retail · 3 to 15 people

Illustrative scenario

The situation

It sells over the counter and online from two separate catalogues. Online sales have to be re-entered into the management system, and published stock is hardly ever the real figure.

Modules involved

Online shopPoint of saleSalesWarehouse

What changes with Zetta

  • A product is entered once and published to the shop; price and stock come from the same place.
  • An online order reserves stock and waits: the real movement is made by the delivery note or the invoice.
  • Invoicing an order stays a human decision, order by order.
  • Counter and shop draw down from the same warehouse.
